Provokes spark again: Perform 10 times a day! (Photo)
Add variety to your yoga practice - If your favorite Bikram yoga class isn't meeting your mind-body needs, head over to a Moksha yoga studio. We talked with Moksha Yoga co-founder Jessica Robertson to learn more about this form of cardiovascular hot yoga practice.
Meet the expert - Jessica Robertson is the co-founder of Moksha Yoga, New Leaf Yoga Foundation, and Moksha Yoga LA as well as co-director of Moksha Yoga International. She is trained to teach Bikram, Sivananda, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Power Yoga and Kirtan. Her greatest learning comes from being in nature and from practicing every day (even when she doesn't feel like it!).
SheKnows: What is Moksha yoga and how does it differ from Bikram yoga? Jessica Robertson: Physically, Moksha yoga is a cardiovascular hot yoga sequence that works to stretch, strengthen and tone the body while calming the mind. Every class is rooted in the Moksha series to build a depth of concentration, but in contrast to Bikram, teachers are encouraged to bring a dash of variety into each and every class. A Moksha class also brings focus to the upper body, with some downward dog flows and a focus on opening the hips to prevent and treat lower-back and knee pain. Moksha is also unique in that every studio is designed and operated under strict (and loving!) environmental commitments.
SK: What inspired you to get involved in Moksha and franchise it?
JR: Ted (Grand) and I, and our partner at the time ... noticed that what we were offering in our Bikram studios wasn't aligned with what Bikram wanted. We weren't teaching classes with a set dialogue, we weren't using carpet on the floor and we were offering straps, blocks and modifications based on our backgrounds with other yoga teachers and styles. We started Moksha because while we wanted to respect Bikram's wishes; we needed to offer what we felt best teaching. The licensing came about because, quite simply, one of our studio owners was moving far away and wanted to share the Moksha vibe with her new community. This was a fun process because we really had to define what it was that makes us, "us." So we wrote an operations manual... and the rest is history!

Brian Dowling replaced as Big Brother host
TV presenter Emma Willis is replacing Brian Dowling as the host of Big Brother.
Dowling, 34, who won the reality TV show in 2001 and Ultimate Big Brother in 2010, has hosted the programme for two years, since it moved to Channel 5.
Willis, 37, who is married to former Busted star Matt, is the host of spin-off show Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.
The presenter, who will also front Celebrity Big Brother, said: “I am thrilled to have been offered this job.
“I’m a fan first and foremost so to be able to front the show is going to be amazing. Roll on the summer!”
Channel 5 director of programmes Ben Frow said: “Emma is a natural on screen, she’s made the spin-off show her own and now the time is totally right for her to step up.
“I know she’ll take Big Brother to the next level and I can’t wait to see her dealing with the housemates both famous and soon- to-be famous.
“I’d also like to thank Brian Dowling for doing such a sterling job over the last two years. He’s been a big part of the success of the show and I wish him the very best.”
Reports had previously suggested that Willis was in talks for the role, and that she was seen by channel chiefs as a true successor to Davina McCall. The show will return this summer.

The Grammy show you don't see
Los Angeles (CNN) -- If you are parked in front of your
TV to watch the Grammys, you only saw a fraction of what happened at
the annual music awards show Sunday.
Killer performances rock the Grammys
CBS orders Grammys dress code

Plenty of action takes place backstage where the winners go to talk after they leave the stage, as well.
There were hints
backstage that the Zac Brown Band, which claimed the best country album
Grammy, may be veering into other music genres.
"I love great music of all different kinds," Zac Brown said. "We're just getting started.

One project ahead is an acoustic album, Brown said.
"We really control all of our destiny now and all of our rights to everything we do now, so we can really experiment," he said.Killer performances rock the Grammys

One project ahead is an acoustic album, Brown said.
"We really control all of our destiny now and all of our rights to everything we do now, so we can really experiment," he said.
He especially enjoyed the Grammy performances of Rihanna, Sting, Justin Timberlake and Kelly Clarkson, Brown said.
Brown used the Grammy weekend to develop relationships with other artists. "My rolodex got strong this weekend," He said.
After Carrie Underwood
won her sixth Grammy, the latest for best country solo performance, she
made it clear backstage that she's sticking to country music and would
never cross over into pop music.
"I love that world,"
Underwood said. "I love the people in it. I love making country music
that anybody can get into. If it ever crosses over, then it does it on
its on. I don't think I can see myself making a pop album."
We learned backstage why
Jay-Z teased The Dream about the "Boyz in the Hood" he was wearing when
they accepted their Grammy for best rap/sung collabotation.
"I would like to thank the swap meet for his hat," Jay-Z said in his acceptance.
"He was just digging on
me," The Dream explained backstage. "Yeah, we do that." The trigger for
the kiddng was that Jay-Z's wife, Beyonce, had just said she wanted the
hat. And in fact, he bought the cap at a swap meet in Compton,
Caifornia, he said.
The Dream also revealed
he would fly to Paris soon to work on an album with Kanye West, who
shared the collaboration Grammy with him. "Hopefully we can get another
Grammy together," he said.
The televised
presentations target pop, country, urban, rock, and rap categories,
leaving the jazz, gospel, classical, Latin and other categories to the
pre-show.
The Nokia Theatre was
far from full, because many of the 754 individual nominees and their
teams were on the red carpet or still getting ready for the big show
while the pre-show was under way.
But if you were there for the pre-show -- or watched it streamed online -- you would have heard Rihanna, Drake, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Usher, Beyonce and Paul McCartney win Grammys. You still would not have seen them, however, because those stars were not present to accept.
You would have seen Taylor Swift
making an effort to appear excited and surprised as she accepted a
Grammy for best song written for visual media. She won it because she
was a co-writer of "Safe & Sound," a song made for "The Hunger Games" film. "This is unbelievable!" Swift exclaimed. It was her sixth Grammy in her young career.
