Food product that strengthens your memory


A nutritional element so important as olive oil, not only avoids the risk of developing the disease sclerosis, but helps our brain to be more clear.

Olive oil according to recent studies of memory loss reduces significantly, if it is used regularly in our table.

The study led by Amal Kaddoumi and his colleagues at the University of Michigan, shows how some elements of olive oil are able to strengthen our memory through protein it contains.

Through observation of the action of olive oil in the brains of some animals used in the study, it was found that significantly improve memory ability.
