Foods that keep beauty


Proper nutrition keeps it cool you and your skin. So must look pretty well fed. The following are a number of foods that will keep you in shape and you can call "beauty foods".

1. Nuts

Fruits are a food nut very good anti aging. They have a high percentage of vitamin E and help to keep your skin soft. But remember to eat in little amounts, as they are rich in calories.

2. Proteins

To have strong nails, hair thick and strong bones you need protein. The proteins found in meat (chicken meat prefer), the beans and tuna fish, among many other foods.

3. Vitamin B

Foods rich in vitamin B makes your hair shiny. Rich in these vitamins are eggs, milk, green vegetables, onions and cucumber.

4. Fish

Eating fish, such as salmon, that means you've got the right amount of omega 3 fatty acids, which help in skin hydration and nutrition, among many other health benefits.

5. Zinc and Calcium

Zinc is found in meat and poultry, eggs, seafood. Calcium also helps in cleaning the skin. He is the cream, low-calorie cheese and milk. These foods not only remove pimples but reduce wrinkles.

6. Vitamin C

This vitamin helps in reducing wrinkles. Kiwi fruit is the best source of vitamin C. The other fruits rich in this vitamin are oranges, mango and lemon.

7. Vitamin E

It is known as one of the vitamins that avoids burning the skin from the sun. If you eat a lot of peaches will have vitamin E in your body.

8. Iron

Iron, coupled with vitamin C, it is very useful to give zest and fading away from your skin. This removes the black circle in your eyes. Red meat, the egg yolk and spinach are some of the foods rich in iron.

9. Water

Drink water as defeat. Water helps in removing toxins from the body and refreshes the skin.

10. Tomatoes

Tomatoes contain antioxidants, beta-carotene and vitamin C. Eat more tomatoes and you will get these antioxidants. The good news is that the tomatoes in a little olive oil.

11. Apples

The most popular fruit is Apple  and it is rich with vitamins. Among many health benefits, it also helps to keep your teeth healthy.
